Talent Acquisition Specialist

, ,What will you do:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Screen candidate's resume and job applications.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Handle end - to - end recruitment process for the roles.
Expectation:
- 0-30 days: Understand the company's mission and growth plan and align the sourcing accordingly. Start working on 2 roles and understand the interview process.
- 30-90 days: Learn and develop better screening skills for good round1 to offer conversion ratio.
- 90 days+: Manage the open roles independently and close the positions.

What you have:
- 1-9 years of experience in Tech/IT hiring
- Good Communication
